Encrypted Voice, DDoS Protection, and CPNI

Voice encryption

Voice traffic uses SRTP for media (AES-128) and TLS 1.2+ for signaling. That means call audio is encrypted end-to-end between your phone and our network — not readable in transit.

Network defenses

Our infrastructure runs behind DDoS protection at the network edge. Endpoint connections are authenticated; we use zero inbound ports on our control plane.

CPNI

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) — basically, who you call and when — is protected by FCC rules. We don't share CPNI with marketers or affiliates. Account-related calls verify the caller's identity before discussing CPNI.

HIPAA

The platform is HIPAA-ready. If your industry needs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), reach out and we'll get one in place.
