PJL Connect: Your Phone System Dashboard

PJL Connect is your dashboard for managing your phone system. In it you can:

• Add users and extensions
• Change how your phone numbers ring and route
• Adjust auto-attendant (IVR) options and upload system recordings
• Adjust call queues
• Send and receive faxes, and set wake-up calls (hotels)

Getting a login

You get your PJL Connect login as soon as your service is set up.

You don't have to do it yourself

We're a full-service provider: making changes for you is part of what you pay for. Just open a ticket with what you'd like changed (see System Changes). We're also working on making PJL Connect simpler.
