All PJL Telecom plans are month-to-month. There are no multi-year contracts and no early-termination fees.
Email [email protected] from the account contact's email or call 1-855-444-0244. We ask for written notice so the request is clearly logged.
Service ends at the close of your current billing period. We don't bill prorated partial months on the way out.
Your phone numbers are yours. If you switch providers, we'll release your numbers for porting at no charge. Provide your new provider with our switch information and we'll coordinate.
