Fixing Guest Room Numbers (Room Mapping)

If the front desk sees the wrong room number when a guest calls, here's how to check and correct each room:

  1. From the room phone, dial *8378 (*TEST). The phone plays back the room number it's set to.
  2. If it's wrong, press 2, enter the correct room number, and confirm.
  3. Do this for every room with a wrong number.
  4. Then email support (or open a ticket) so we can update the room labels on our side.
